Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

SERA Solutions is not responsible for damaged, delayed, or lost packages. In the case, shipment is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible to file the claim with the related carrier.

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of the purchase and a full refund will be issued. Please send your cancellation request to contact@serasupply.com
